MARIO COSTA ROSE

100% NEBBIOLO! The grapes for Langhe Rosato Ancant are harvested by hand at the end of September. They are then vinified through careful destemming, pedicular maceration in the press for 2 hours, soft pressing and fermentation for 18-20 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees in the absence of oxygen. The wine ages 3 months in the bottle.
