Lip smacking and bursting at the seams. Burst IPA pops with a slight bubble gum aroma followed by fresh citrus and orange pith. Light to medium body finishing with a juicy grapefruit bitterness.

Our legendary Passionfruit Gose, 'Passion Pool' is enveloped in juicy tropical fruit, mild salinity, and a befuddling drinkability. Restrained acidity and zippy carbonation makes this our favorite hot weather treat.

House of Pale is one of the recipes we’ve taken from our beloved mad laboratory in Copenhagen, BRUS. 

A New England pale ale with Ekuanot hops. It has seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness’ - and now we’re pretty sure we’ve got exactly what we’ve been looking for.

An IPA with a distinctive Sabro hop aroma of citrus-tropical fruits, coconut notes, and hints of cedarwood. Extra dry on the palate with an intense, lingering bitterness. Pours vibrant gold with a light white head.

11. Mangrove Jack’s - Sabro

A super resinous IPA that takes its bitterness and hop profile (Cascade, Centennial, Chinook) from the West Coast IPA style but lighter in color. Slight sheen (not quite hazy) and creamier mouthfeel due to a little oats.
