The wine ages 3 months in the bottle.

Our idea was to reflect the typicality of the Saar Riesling and to seal our two wine tastes under a screw cap. Tangerine, citrus, red apple, bright blossoms and a fine sweetness on the nose. The taste then continues to be fruity, juicy, clear, with a fine, spicy structure and radiant citrus notes. A wonderfully balanced play of sweetness and acidity caresses the palate. Vines that are at least 40 years old served as the basis for creating a wine from the hand-picked grapes using spontaneous fermentation and sur lie aging that encourages drinking and enjoyment.
