The wine ages 3 months in the bottle.

Vino da Sete Bianco’ from Tenuta il Nespolo is a handcrafted, easy-drinking white made from old vines planted by Luca’s grandfather. Vinified with a gentle direct press and native yeast fermentation in stainless steel, where it rests for 6–8 months. Our idea was to reflect the typicality of the Saar Riesling and to seal our two wine tastes under a screw cap. Tangerine, citrus, red apple, bright blossoms and a fine sweetness on the nose. The taste then continues to be fruity, juicy, clear, with a fine, spicy structure and radiant citrus notes. A wonderfully balanced play of sweetness and acidity caresses the palate. Vines that are at least 40 years old served as the basis for creating a wine from the hand-picked grapes using spontaneous fermentation and sur lie aging that encourages drinking and enjoyment.
