The grapes for Langhe Rosato Ancant are harvested by hand at the end of September. They are then vinified through careful destemming, pedicular maceration in the press for 2 hours, soft pressing and fermentation for 18-20 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees in the absence of oxygen. The wine ages 3 months in the bottle.

Santa’s Little Helper started as a classic Belgian ale, but a mischievous "drillenisse" — the prankster elf of Danish folklore — had other plans. Just as we thought we’d brewed a traditional batch, our cheeky helper snuck in some holiday magic, adding layers of caramel, roasted malt, and spices to create something truly special.

Now, this dark brown, potent Belgian strong ale carries rich notes of dried fruit, brown sugar, and licorice, rounded off by hints of orange peel and winter spices.
