Hjorttartar med brynt kantarellsmör, kantarellmajonnäs, lingon, kapris, picklad blomkål- och morot, rostad lök samt riven Västerbottenost. Venison tartare with browned chanterelle butter, chanterelle mayonnaise, lingonberries, capers, pickled cauliflower and carrot, roasted onions as well as grated Västerbotten cheese.
